Term for cooperation : It is valid for a long time from the date you agree to this clause (but if other clauses of this clause provide otherwise, the terms of other clauses apply ) . Pinkstar reserves the right to cancel or terminate these Terms in advance without any liability . If this clause is terminated or redeemed in advance, the rights and debts of the creditor are extinguished. If you refuse or delay in complying with the requirements made by the platform, causing damage to the platform or a third party, you will be fully liable for damages. The platform also reserves the right to deduct corresponding losses from unaccounted fees and margins.

" Influencer" means natural, legal persons and other organizations that have a certain influence and their own media resources, have the right to accept tasks set by users and provide corresponding services according to content, requirements and standards. Listed in specific tasks and so on. Users should accept such services.

The content of this clause also includes the rules that this platform may continue to publish and update in the future. The foregoing is effective from the date of the notice or notification and becomes a part of these Terms . If you continue to use Pinkstar live after the above content has become effective, you will be deemed to be voluntarily complying with the above terms.

About Users

The platform provides you with a creation channel . As a user, you have the right to choose a valid combination of characters and set a password that meets the security requirements. The user and password you specify are your credentials to log in to the platform and use the platform and related services through your identity.

The property and related rights and interests of the user you create on the platform belong to the platform, and you have the right to use the user only after the creation process is complete . The users you create on the Platform are for your use only.
